  1. Xstore technical Implementation experience
  2. Tap 2 Pay experience (aurus retail preferred), adyen okay
  3. Project / Program Lead
  4. Implementation/ customization experience
  5. Estimation & Resource Management
  6. Financial Management
  7. Responsible for features release and tech debt reduction
  8. Daily scrum management
