Role- Oracle Finance ERP Cloud Business Analyst Location - Remote is fine but preference is in PST Time JD-
- Knowledge relating to the design of processes and software across the organization.
- Advanced skills and methodologies associated with process for software specification, design, modification and implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with executive-level management.
- Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated skills needed to develop process and system implementation plans.
- Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.
- Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- 4+ years of experience in relational database, SQL, or system development life-cycle project; and/or equivalent experience/training.
- 2+ years of experience in ERP Financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday, or Oracle R12) and a senior team member, team lead or Project Manager on at least 1 full cycle implementation.
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials
