Title: QA Automation Lead
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Job Description:
As an Automation Lead you will work closely with the customer to understand test automation requirements, strategize automation initiatives, and coordinate with the offshore team to ensure successful test automation delivery. In addition to automation execution, the lead will oversee all automation-related responsibilities, ensuring quality and efficiency in testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
8+ years of experience in software test automation, with at least 3 years in an automation lead role.
Strong expertise in healthcare domain testing, specifically 340B Pharmacy Program workflows(good to have).
Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
Experience working with API testing and automation using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
Strong knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, etc.).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and version control tools (Git).
Ability to work independently onsite while effectively coordinating with offshore teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and healthcare application hosting.
Understanding of HL7, FHIR standards, and HIPAA compliance.
Familiarity with 340B pharmacy operations, third-party administrators (TPAs), and drug inventory tracking.
Act as the primary onsite automation POC, engaging with stakeholders to gather and refine automation requirements.
Define the test automation strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
Work closely with the offshore team, providing clear requirements, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring successful automation execution.
Oversee test automation framework design, development, and implementation for healthcare applications, with a focus on the 340B Pharmacy Program.
Conduct code reviews, optimize test scripts, and drive automation best practices to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, and QA teams) to ensure seamless integration of automation testing.
Provide guidance on CI/CD integration and automation execution within the software development lifecycle.
Track and report automation progress, test coverage, and defect metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
Stay updated on healthcare compliance standards and ensure automation aligns with industry regulations.
