Position Overview:

The ServiceNow HRIS Implementation Specialist will play a pivotal role in transforming HR operations by leveraging the ServiceNow platform to streamline processes, enhance employee experiences, and drive organizational efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, HR knowledge, and project management skills to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and design solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery suite.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow HR applications, including Employee Service Center, HR Case Management, Onboarding, Offboarding, and other related modules.
  • Lead implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, process workflows, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure functionality, data integrity, and user satisfaction.
  • Provide end-user training, support, and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HR applications, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business units, to drive integration, data migration, and system enhancements.
  • Stay informed about ServiceNow HR best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor system performance, user adoption, and feedback to identify areas for optimization, scalability, and enhancement.
  • Participate in regular meetings, status updates, and project reviews to communicate progress, risks, and key milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HRIS Specialist, ServiceNow Developer, or similar role, with a focus on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HR Service Delivery (HRSD) certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, data migration, and integration technologies (e.g., LDAP, SSO, API).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction.
