Role: Senior Software Engineer (BMC Remedy)
Location: St Louis, MO
Remote
Description:
- Bachelor s degree in information systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Experienced with BMC Remedy Helix application 20.x+ and all ITSM modules, including integrations.
- Experience with BMC Truesight Orchestrator
- Ability to debug issues
- Good experience with Webservices/Rest API.
- Knowledge of either Shell or Python scripting.
- Leverage XML technologies (XQUERY, XPATH, XSLT) for data transformation and service orchestration.
- Understanding of how to set up monitors based on logs.
- UNIX commands knowledge.
- Skilled in creating and modifying server objects (Forms, Menus, Active Links, Filters, Escalations).
- Proficient in developing progressive views and customizations
- Experienced with upgrades, AR ITSM workflows, REST APIs, Remedy Administration, SmartIT, Dashboard, Virtual Chat, and Customer Interface integration
