About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Low Voltage DAS (Distributed Antenna System) Installer to join our growing team supporting mission-critical data center environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with low voltage systems, particularly DAS, and a strong understanding of structured cabling, RF signal distribution, and installation best practices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Low Voltage DAS (Distributed Antenna System) Installer to join our growing team supporting mission-critical data center environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with low voltage systems, particularly DAS, and a strong understanding of structured cabling, RF signal distribution, and installation best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optics, coaxial) for DAS systems in data center environments.
- Mount and secure DAS components including antennas, splitters, couplers, and head-end equipment.
- Perform signal testing, troubleshooting, and system optimization using RF test equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, building codes, and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure timely project completion.
- Document installation progress, test results, and as-built configurations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in low voltage or DAS installation (data center experience preferred).
- Familiarity with DAS OEMs such as Commscope, Corning, JMA, or SOLiD.
- Proficient with RF test tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, PIM testers, sweep testers).
- Ability to work in high-security environments and follow strict access protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, high-security data center environments.
- May require travel to multiple sites.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces.
