Required Skills:

• Fluency in the English language, both oral and written

Preferred Skills:

• Familiar with the inTransition Call Center s concepts, practices, and procedures, to include triage, intake, coaching.
• Licensed mental health providers with a minimum of a Master s degree in social work or other human services field (psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health counseling)
• At least 3 years experience delivering face-to-face health care and have demonstrated clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling.
• Day-to-day Responsibilities:
• Engaging in coaching, to include motivational interviewing techniques, assistance with barrier identification and task planning, information conveying, support and education through regular telephonic contact (weekly, or at the preference of the caller), to encourage continued engagement with psychological health care and promote the caller s overall participation in their own care seeking and maintenance.

• Handling inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Listening to and empathizing with callers
• Gathering information
• Communicating information clearly, accurately, and completely
• Recording all pertinent information accurately and efficiently
• Communicating information clearly, accurately, and completely
• Handling crisis and abusive calls in a professional and effective manner
• Providing warm handoffs, as needed

• Completed trainings
• Documentation, which may include but is not limited to, attempts at contact, contacts, referral resource, demographic, scheduling
• Education:
• Licensed mental health providers with a minimum of a Master s degree in social work or other human services field (psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health counseling)
