Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant
Location: Boston, MA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Key Summary
Lead functional design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, working with Finance, Accounting, Controllership, and IT teams.
Must-Have Skills
5–10 years in Oracle EBS/Cloud Financials
Strong hands-on with GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA
Full lifecycle implementation experience
Strong finance process knowledge (month-end close, reporting, ledger setup)
Excellent communication & client-facing skills
Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business/IS (MBA a plus)
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops; define financial processes
Perform fit-gap and recommend improvements
Configure Oracle Fusion Financials; prepare FDDs
Support testing (Unit/SIT/UAT) and data migration
Conduct training and support go-live/cutover
Work with technical teams on integrations, reports, security
Nice to Have
Experience in medical devices/life sciences
Oracle Cloud Financials certification
Integration experience (SCM/Projects/Revenue)
Knowledge of HDL/FBDI, multi-ledger/multi-currency
