Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinklr Automation Specialist to lead workflow automation and process documentation initiatives within the Sprinklr platform. The candidate will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, designing and implementing end-to-end workflows, and creating a detailed playbook to enable consistent execution and scalability. This role involves close collaboration with social operations, engineering, and content teams to streamline processes, improve turnaround times, and reduce manual efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing workflows in Sprinklr related to publishing, moderation, tagging, approvals, and reporting.
  • Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate automation rules, and align with business goals.
  • Create a comprehensive Sprinklr Playbook documenting:
  • Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions to support adoption.
  • Monitor automation performance and suggest iterative improvements.
  • Automated workflow steps
  • Configuration settings
  • User roles and responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting instructions and governance best practices

Skills

Sprinklr Expertise

Strong experience in Sprinklr platform configuration, workflows, and rules.

Workflow Automation

Proven ability to automate social media processes using Sprinklr capabilities.

Process Analysis

Ability to map and assess current-state workflows and identify areas for automation.

Documentation Skills

Experience in creating detailed playbooks or SOPs for enterprise platforms.

Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate and document effectively.

Social Media Operations

Understanding of social media publishing, moderation, analytics, and escalation workflows.

Training and Support

Capable of delivering walkthroughs, user training, and handling adoption queries.

Project Management (optional)
