Business / QA Analyst (Quality Center)

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Business / QA Analyst in Albany, NY.

Description:
? Review business and functional requirements, as well as related Use Cases related to the Claims Management System.
? Create and maintain documentation in Testing Tools such as HP ALM; coordinate, create and update Knowledge Base and Application documentation.
? Develop or maintain detailed test plans/test cases/test scripts from documented system requirements.
? Execute functional and system tests including regression tests using manual and automated testing tools and record results using testing tools. Use tools such as HP ALM/Quality Center.
? Identify and document application defects and track to resolution, perform retesting as required.
? Identify and document deficiencies in system documentation (e.g. missing or ambiguous requirements) identified during the testing process. ? Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases.
? Lead the communication and reporting of testing results to BA Management and/or vendor.

Mandatory Qualification:
? Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
? Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

? 84 months experience eliciting business requirements from business customers or system artifacts and maintaining such requirements.
? 84 Months experience developing business requirements and process documentation such as use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries.
? 84 months of QA experience including the following:
? Create Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test scripts
? Execute functional and system tests including regression tests using manual testing tools and record results using HP ALM/Quality Center (or equivalent)
? Identify and document deficiencies in system documentation (e.g. missing or ambiguous requirements) identified during the testing process.
? Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases
? 84 months identifying and documenting application defects, tracking defects to resolution, and performing retesting as required.
