About the Role

• Job Title: QA Engineer (Tosca)
• Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications -

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a Test Engineer, focusing on US healthcare, specifically Care Management and Utilization Management.
• SDETTosca engineer with edi and enrollment
• In-depth understanding of US healthcare systems, processes, and industry regulations
• Strong experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional testing.
• Experience with TOSCA or similar test automation tools is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with care coordination, utilization review, and healthcare workflows.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
• Motivated and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with JIRA for test planning and defect tracking
• Familiarity with qTest for test case management (preferred)
• Excellent understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and defect management
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment

Desired Qualifications

• Pega platform testing experience (a plus)
• Background in Healthcare, especially in areas related to appeals, grievances, and provider disputes

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000 $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
