Job Description
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex technology projects in heterogeneous environments.
• Must have Demonstrated experience leading financial infrastructure or tax system modernization projects.
• Experience with on-premises and SaaS environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

This requirement refers to candidates who have directly managed Tax System Modernization initiatives at the state or local government level for systems used to “collect tax”.
