Senior UX Designer

• We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX/UI XXgner to create engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital interfaces.
• The ideal candidate will design user experiences for web and mobile platforms using user-centered design principles.
• This role requires strong design skills, prototyping proficiency, and the ability to collaboXX closely with cross-functional teams to iteXX and optimize product interfaces.

Responsibilities or Duties:

• Create effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
• XXgn and iteXX on the functionality of digital products to ensure exceptional user experience.
• Design user interfaces for various projects including digital displays, publications, and media assets.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions.
• Translate research insights into sitemaps, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Apply a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iteXX design concepts
• CollaboXX with product teams, developers, and business stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Ensure deliverables are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and create elegant, data-driven solutions.
• Facilitate product vision through research and prototyping.
• Gather and incorpoXX user feedback to improve existing interfaces.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI designer, or in a similar role
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Canvas).
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications..
• Experience in user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Ability to translate research into visual design elements and intuitive experiences.
• Understanding of web development limitations and best practices.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects.
• Team player with experience managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Should have:

• Knowledge of network security and network protocols (preferred).

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for reviews and assessments.
