Client is looking for CSV validation SME / Analyst profiles who has CSV Compliance validation experience on IBM Maximo Application.

OneMaximo Maximo Application Suite Deployment Project and Greenville NC OneMaximo Project Implementation
IBM Maximo has an End-of-Life date 25-SEP-2025 and new version MAS (Maximo Application Suite) includes new AI functionality with multiple applications contained into one system. The project currently supports 11 sites globally and we are expanding with projected 30 sites by the end of this project. The new software has new applications for Analytics and Predictive Maintenance within Suite. These include Monitor, Predict, Health, Safety, Mobility, Visual Inspections, and Scheduling to assist with alignment on IT/ES goal to develop a comprehensive reliability program. A New Validate Infrastructure Build (RHOS) for the Technical Software Upgrade and requires language pack validation and archival business processes to be developed and implemented. This plans to include New Validate Infrastructure Build (RHOS) and Oracle databased to the Software Upgrade (MAS 9.0 or 9.1). Further documentation standardization is planned to eliminate secondary SOP's and WI's to build and support framework for database supporting 30+ sites using MAS Deployment including:
Develop validation documentation from VP, IQ/OQ/PQ, FS/DS/CS, VR
Develop new digital footprint for AI practices in Work Order Management
Build and move OMX database from SQL to Oracle to support multi-byte characters
Validate Import/MIF Process for Data Loading
Complete Risk Assessment for OQ for executions in ALM
Update Global Configurations and Security Matrix
o Tweak Security Roles for new License structure
o Leverage additional cost savings MAS App Points
Expand Power BI Dashboard for Executive and Site Support
Pilot New Site Build for CTD's Bohemia site in OMX
Integrate CTD business processes into current OMX standard build
Migrate Current on prim CTD Maximo including system decommissioning
Site Data Cleanup removing GIGO (Data, Queries, Reports) by Inactivating/ decommissioning
Develop Archival strategy for Assets, Inventory, JPs (EAM Archiver)
Site SOP/ WI/ Training Documentation inclusion and eliminating estimated 96 OMX and 31 CTD Documents (127+ documents)
Create and Expand Global Training Program for all Sites
o Ensures standard process training for reliable KPIs
o Expand training to support site turnover impact to maintenance
Full Risk-based validation execution in TEST and PROD
Deploy MAS Language Packs (Spanish, German, French)
Create and deploy SAP Interface improving inventory and maintenance management
Migrate Monza to OMX MAS Platform, decommission current platform
Migrate Ferrentino to OMX to OMX MAS Platform, decommission current platform
Create and deploy MRO Interface
Create and deploy MES Interfaces
Decommissioning planning for OMX 7.6.1.2 Infra

OneMaximo Greenville NC Site Implementation (separate funding)
Greenville uses SAP PM for preventive maintenance and calibrations, but documentation is 100% paper-based with significant manual effort to meet compliance and regulatory standards. Customer Audits have recommended Maximo deployment. There is lack of visibility to leadership (unknown if planned maintenance is executed timely) and lack of downtime tracking (was an outage on equipment that had not been maintained?) Based on the findings of two audits, it is strongly recommended that the transition from SAP PM be expedited.
