A Capital Markets domain expert with 10+ years of experience who can:
Provide deep subject matter expertise across trading, risk, and settlement
Work closely with stakeholders to define solutions and requirements
Support regulatory compliance and global market initiatives
Drive system implementation across front, middle, and back offices
Technical Skills Required
10+ years in Global Capital Markets domain
Strong understanding of capital markets products: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX
Expertise in market structures, trading workflows & settlements
Knowledge of major regulations: MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, Basel III
Collaborate with tech teams on trading & risk system design
Define functional requirements for capital market platforms
Integrate front-office, middle-office & back-office systems
Regulatory compliance & risk strategy implementation
Conduct impact analysis on regulatory changes
Market data analysis for pricing and risk models
Dashboard and reporting support
Data quality and integrity validation
Strong communication, prioritization & analytical skills
Agile experience preferred
