About this Position:
Job Title: Systems Analyst
Responsibilities:

Working with incidents and service requests related to telephony service and call processing systems.

Escalations of issues with telephony clients.

Attend planning meetings and gather information on telephony related infinitives.

Advise on contracts related to telephony support.

Assist with planning and migration to new telephony and call processing systems.
Required Skills:
-
General knowledge of supporting classic on-premises PBX systems (minimum 5 years experience).

Demonstrated use in ability to work with a team and independently.

Managing work with support clients (minimum 5 years experience).

Demonstrated ability to gather requirements for telephony related projects (minimum 5 years experience).
-
Candidate must reside in Minnesota.
