Job Details

Job Title: Change Management & Communications Lead Finance Transformation
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid - 4 Days in Office)
Job Type: 18-24 Month Contract

Summary

We are seeking a Change Management & Communications Lead to develop and execute the change strategy, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption. The role will lead a team of change analysts, trainers, and a communications analyst and will serve as the bridge between the program, Finance leadership, and impacted business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement change, communications, and training strategies aligned to program goals.
  • Engage and inform stakeholders across all fasciae through clear and timely communications (e.g., Town Halls, briefings).
  • Support Finance leaders in identifying change impacts and preparing their teams.
  • Drive training delivery and content creation for successful go-lives.
  • Monitor adoption and success metrics to ensure long-term change is sustained.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional change team.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to embed new behaviors and processes.
  • Ensure alignment with the transformation governance framework and program milestones.

Key Skills & Experience

Required:

  • Proven success delivering large-scale change in Finance or related functions
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience influencing VP/Director-level stakeholders
  • Ability to translate project scope into actionable change plans and KPIs
  • Strong leadership and team management experience

Preferred:

  • Finance transformation background
  • Experience managing internal communications for enterprise programs
