Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic Product Launch team. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative products to market with maximum impact. You'll lead complex launch initiatives, streamline processes, and champion best practices that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a TPM or comparable role at a software company
Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs involving multiple internal teams
Exceptional project management and leadership skills
oStrong communication and collaboration skills
oAbility to deconstruct a task into actionable steps, capturing dependencies and capacity needs
oAbility to maintain project velocity by anticipating issues, troubleshooting, and using influence
oAbility to run a highly effective meeting - clear agenda, excellent facilitation, ensuring decisions and actions are noted, shared, and tracked
Effective change agent.You exhibit strong communication skills. You can build rapport and good working relationships with senior leaders and peers. You can separate facts from opinions and take the perspectives of others and reach a workable solution. You are flexible in how you influence leaders to achieve the right outcomes.
Understanding of the full product and go-to-market lifecycle
Rigorous and thorough approach to process creation and change management
