Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic Product Launch team. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative products to market with maximum impact. You'll lead complex launch initiatives, streamline processes, and champion best practices that drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Product Launches: Manage multiple concurrent product launch projects, owning delivery timelines and ensuring seamless coordination across dependent teams.
  • Drive Organizational Alignment: Facilitate clarity and alignment across all levels of the organization to ensure successful execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Optimize Launch Processes: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness throughout the launch lifecycle.
  • Champion Best Practices: Promote and drive adoption of scalable, repeatable practices across teams involved in product launches.


Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a TPM or comparable role at a software company

Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs involving multiple internal teams

Exceptional project management and leadership skills

oStrong communication and collaboration skills

oAbility to deconstruct a task into actionable steps, capturing dependencies and capacity needs

oAbility to maintain project velocity by anticipating issues, troubleshooting, and using influence

oAbility to run a highly effective meeting - clear agenda, excellent facilitation, ensuring decisions and actions are noted, shared, and tracked

Effective change agent.You exhibit strong communication skills. You can build rapport and good working relationships with senior leaders and peers. You can separate facts from opinions and take the perspectives of others and reach a workable solution. You are flexible in how you influence leaders to achieve the right outcomes.

Understanding of the full product and go-to-market lifecycle

Rigorous and thorough approach to process creation and change management
