The GeoSpatial Developer Java role is pivotal in creating innovative solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.

With a hybrid work model, the developer will contribute to cutting-edge projects that enhance geospatial data processing.

This position requires 8+ to 10 years of experience, focusing on delivering impactful results that align with the company's goals and societal benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement geospatial applications using Java, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into existing systems.
• Utilize Spring Boot to create robust backend services that support geospatial functionalities.
• Employ Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing, enhancing system responsiveness.
• Analyze and optimize geospatial algorithms to improve data accuracy and processing speed.
• Maintain and update geospatial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to geospatial applications and services.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in the design and architecture discussions to enhance geospatial application frameworks. Implement security measures to protect geospatial data and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest geospatial technologies and trends to drive innovation.
• Document technical specifications and user guides for developed geospatial applications. Qualifications
• Possess strong expertise in Java programming, with a focus on geospatial application development. Demonstrate proficiency in Spring Boot for creating scalable backend services.
• Have hands-on experience with Kafka for real-time data processing and streaming.
