Description

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to lead the charge in driving scalable growth across the funnel-from awareness to acquisition to customer lifecycle. You'll own demand generation, ABM, events, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations and revenue-focused experimentation. This is a fast-paced leadership role for someone who thrives on driving measurable impact and aligning marketing tightly with sales and product to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution
Develop and lead the company's growth marketing strategy with a clear focus on pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and customer expansion.
Build and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid, organic, email, content, and merchant partnerships.
Own all demand generation KPIs-lead volume, pipeline creation, CAC, ROI-and consistently drive improvement.
Lead experimentation strategy (landing pages, email flows, offers, channels) to uncover repeatable levers for growth.

Account-Based Marketing
Partner with sales and revenue operations to align on ICP, segmentation, pipeline targets, and attribution.
Build and scale ABM programs for high-value target accounts.
Design and optimize the lead-to-revenue engine-including nurture streams, sales handoff, and conversion optimization.
Drive expansion and retention marketing strategies in collaboration with CS and product.
Lead the BDR team supporting conversion of leads to opportunities for sales and scaling outbound and inbound activities.

Events & Field Marketing
Oversee the strategy and execution of virtual and in-person events-including conferences, hosted events, webinars, and sponsorships.
Collaborate with sales, event manager and partner teams to maximize ROI and post-event pipeline impact.
Lead on event logistics, messaging, follow-up, and attribution.

Marketing Operations
Own and evolve the marketing tech stack-including HubSpot, and campaign tracking tools.
Ensure data hygiene, funnel visibility, attribution accuracy, and reporting integrity.
Work with RevOps to streamline lead flow, segmentation, and automation.

Experience
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years leading growth or revenue marketing teams in a fast-growing B2B tech company.
Fintech and payments experience a plus.
Proven track record of owning demand gen, marketing operations and pipeline creation with clear, quantifiable outcomes.
Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, performance marketing, SEO, email marketing, events and lifecycle campaigns.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing attribution tools like HockeyStack.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills-comfortable owning KPIs, reporting, and experimentation frameworks.
Strong collaborator and natural connector who knows how to align marketing, sales, and product to drive results.
A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity-ready to build, test, and iterate.
