Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Managing the VP's calendar, scheduling meetings, and managing communications (emails, phone calls).
  • Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including filtering and forwarding to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Documentation: Preparing and managing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Meeting Management: Organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • General Office Duties: Assisting with tasks like ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Project Support: Supporting the VP on various projects as needed, including research, data collection, and analysis.
  • HR Support: Assisting with HR tasks, such as payroll processing and employee database management.
  • Budget Management: Assisting with budget tracking and reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: Essential for managing the VP's calendar and prioritizing tasks.
