Senior .NET Developer / Open AI / Remote / Texas Residence Required

As an AI Developer supporting the implementation of AI-driven solutions within the tax practice, your primary role will involve the hands-on design and development of tailored AI applications that streamline tax-related processes. You will work closely with stakeholders, including tax professionals and subject matter experts, to identify challenges and deliver innovative, effective AI solutions that meet business needs.
What You Will Be Doing

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze business challenges and requirements, designing scalable AI solutions that leverage technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data analytics.
• Actively implement AI models and algorithms, focusing on efficient, explainable, and high-quality code. Utilize tools and technologies such as .NET, React, Microsoft Azure, Python, and PostgreSQL to develop and deploy these solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure AI solutions meet performance and quality standards. Perform code reviews and approve pull requests to maintain a high standard of code quality.
• Collaborate with tax professionals, IT teams, and business stakeholders to integrate and deploy AI solutions seamlessly into the tax practice.
• Contribute across all stages of the project lifecycle, including requirements documentation, development, configuration, testing, debugging, and ongoing system support.

Required Skills and Experience

• MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET, C#, Python, Microsoft, relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), API development, testing, and Microsoft Azure.
• 1-3 years of experience in designing, deploying, and implementing AI solutions.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Strong communication and business writing skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Candidate MUST currently be located in Texas
• 100% Remote

The Offer

• $55-60/hr
