Minimum Qualifications
Academic:
Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized project management certification.
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience:
7+ years of project management experience.
Proven track record in managing large-scale software implementation projects.
Experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously.
Exposure to projects involving multiple technologies and functions.
Demonstrated ability to document technical and business requirement specifications.
Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required:
Act as the primary Project Manager for the Transparency Tool project.
Collaborate with the PMO Manager to determine priorities, assign tasks, and oversee deliverables.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques.
Understanding of complex web-based applications and ability to guide programming staff.
Ability to document business and technical requirements in a clear, concise manner for use by technical teams.
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to translate business requirements into technical specifications for non-technical audiences.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word; working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to estimate effort accurately.
Team-oriented; willing to mentor and share knowledge with colleagues.
Desired:
Adaptability and flexibility to quickly learn tools and adjust to new environments with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in government, public sector, or large-scale enterprise environments.
