Key Responsibilities

  • Remote System Operation: Operate and monitor autonomous systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Incident Management: Respond to system alerts, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Technical Support: Provide second-level support for hardware and software issues, collaborating with engineering teams for resolution.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of operations, incidents, and resolutions for compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and field operations, to enhance system performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 5 years in remote system operation, technical support, or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and remote desktop tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
