Worldwide Technology is looking for a Workday Reporting Consultant - Data Analytics & Reporting. This role is part of WWT’s Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT’s preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner.

Duration/Type of Job: 6+ months

Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $60 to $80 hourly (Rate range is on C2C basis). Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.  

Job Summary:

Workday certification in Workday Reporting is REQUIRED.

Experience with Matrix or Composite reporting within Workday is HIGHLY PREFERRED.

The Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and complex reports across enterprise applications including Workday, UKG, and Hyland OnBase. This role plays a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders across HCM, Financials and Supply Chain to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business intelligence goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Redevelop reports from Lawson and other external sources into Workday and UKG reports.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using data from Workday, UKG, Hyland OnBase, and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
  • Perform data analysis to support business operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes, data definitions, and data sources.
  • Support data governance initiatives by promoting best practices in data management and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, ensuring timely delivery of accurate information.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data models and data visualizations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and tools in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Provide training and support to end users on reporting tools and dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
  • Workday certification in Workday Reporting is REQUIRED.
  • Experience with Matrix or Composite reporting within Workday is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
  • Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and visualization tools such as Workday Report Writer, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications such as Workday, UKG, and Hyland OnBase.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
