Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable and articulate Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Tableau and related analytics tools. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, delivering actionable insights and visualizations while anticipating limitations of tools and technologies. The candidate must be able to clearly communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating productive and solution-oriented discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations tailored to business needs

  • Lead and participate in discussions on data tools and limitations, providing proactive recommendations

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, developers, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and clarity

  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying Tableau dashboards beyond basic reporting

  • Proven ability to lead discussions involving technical toolsets, architecture, and business impact

  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting insights and technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management

  • Proficient in SQL; exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) preferred

  • Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to communicate concisely and with impact in meetings and written documentation

  • Familiarity with data modeling, data governance, and ETL processes

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams

  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and open to learning new platforms quickly

Additional Notes:

  • Candidates with strong Tableau proficiency and clear, concise communication skills will be prioritized

  • Ability to balance technical depth with business context is essential for success in this role

  • Preference will be given to individuals with demonstrable success leading BI projects end-to-end
