Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization environments to ensure high availability and
• Administer Microsoft Windows Server operating systems including Active Directory Domain Services to maintain secure, reliable identity and access management.
• Design, implement, and maintain Cisco Nexus infrastructure for scalable, resilient data-center
• Deploy and manage CrowdStrike endpoint protection to defend against advanced cyber
• Implement and operate Tanium for centralized endpoint management, monitoring, and
• Lead migration and ongoing administration of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 GCC tenants, ensuring seamless transition and compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent preferred.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting large-scale Windows and O365
• Proficiency with Intune, SCCM/ConfigMgr, Tanium, and Active Directory Group

• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network
• Experience migrating mailboxes and services to Microsoft 365 GCC
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a track record of mentor-level
• Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy Management
• Windows Imaging and Driver Management
• User Profile analysis and migration

Preferred Experience

• Advanced troubleshooting with basic hardware and software components
• Network experience with many different layer 2 manufactured devices
• Windows Deployment Services
• Desktop and Mobile Device imaging and user transition
• Data analysis, Application Rationalization, and migration
• Third party software to be migrated and handled on a case-by-case basis
• Sierra Wireless and/or Cradle Point management experience
• License Plate Reader software
