The Predictive Sciences Group within the Department of Translational PKPD (tPKPD) seeks an exceptional data analyst with a demonstrated research background in data mining and statistical analysis, a passion for independent research and technical problem-solving, and a proven ability to develop and implement ideas from research.

The tPKPD Department is a world-class center of excellence for assessing and optimizing the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and immunogenicity of therapeutics. We enable the development of life-changing medicines. We do this by fostering an innovative and collaborative environment that values and recognizes diversity of contributions.
The Predictive Science Group within the tPKPD Department employs forward and reverse translation research to develop in-silico and in-vitro models to accurately predict the clinical immunogenicity and pharmacokinetics of novel therapeutics.
The role is located in South San Francisco, California, with the option to work fully remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
The Opportunity
Participate in cutting-edge research to predict the immunogenicity of protein-based therapeutics. Perform literature review and data mining to extract relevant information related to drug immunogenicity from publications, internal documents and internal databases.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across gRED to solve complex problems in the life sciences, e.g. the relationship between immune response and drug properties.

Who You Are (Required)
Required Education: Master's Degree Required Majors: Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Sciences, Statistics, Pharmacy, or majors related to Biomedical Sciences .
Required Skills: Demonstrated expertise in data mining, literature information extraction and predictive modeling.
