Oracle Fusion Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Location: Atlanta, GA - On-site
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle SRE to join our GPC team. The SRE will ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Emphasis will be on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Financials, and Procurement modules.
The SRE will use their understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and SRE practices to optimize the Fusion environment. The goal is to minimize downtime and improve the user experience for key business functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or a related field, with a focus on enterprise applications.
- Experience managing and optimizing complex IT systems, preferably in an Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, particularly in Customer, SCM, Financials, and Procurement modules.
- Proficiency in coding/scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience building cloud services as IAC
- Understanding of networking concepts and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience with databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and monitoring tools.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Knowledge of specific Oracle Fusion module certifications.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Chef or Ansible.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, NewRelic, or Grafana.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
