Job Title: Desktop Engineer (Level 1/2)
1. Full-term position
2. Car is mandatory
3. Workdays: Saturday, Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM |
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM | Thursday, Friday: OFF
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2%2B years of experience in IT support, with a focus on desktop and printer troubleshooting
- This position is exclusively work from office (Bronx)
- Preferable candidates should be closer to Bronx, NY
- Valid driving license and access to a car are required
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with day-to-day functionality and efficiency
- Assist in Projects (Business hours / Non- Business hours)
- Provide IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices at the designated location
- Respond to customer requests effectively and communicate with them to resolve issues
- Basic knowledge of desktop and printer troubleshooting is essential
