Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the provision of specific state-of-the-art tech.expertise regarding surface tech. and coating dev. with corres. dev. of equipment, deposition processes, sources, electrolytes, peripherals, racks, assembly and analysis knowledge to intern./extern. customers from research to series production.
- Ensure individual consulting for internal/external customers regarding nanotechnology or coatings (coating and coating process).
- Ensure definition of the global company standards for coatings, or lab analysis methods (physical and chemical).
- Ensure development of new materials, coatings and coating processes, tribological systems hand in hand with our suppliers, research institutes and other partners.
- Ensure the support of the surface technology labs worldwide by setting standards and trainings. Ensure coating related failure analysis.
- Ensure supplier development for coatings worldwide.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Natural Science
- 3 plus years experience
