• CE (Computing Environment) Certification

Commercial (Baseline) Certifications:

• IAT Level II: Refer to Section 3.0 of the DoD 8570.01-M for approved baseline certifications

• CE Certification: Associate-level certification required (professional level preferred) in supported technology, as approved by the COR

Experience in This Discipline:

• Four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency

Functional Responsibility:

• Deploy, sustain, and troubleshoot new or existing server operating systems and related infrastructure software and hardware

• Administer day-to-day sustainment, integrity, security, and availability of infrastructure platforms

• Perform daily system backups, performance monitoring, capacity analysis, and maintain the security posture of infrastructure systems

• Create standard operating procedures, maintenance guides, and knowledge base articles

• Ensure proper documentation is established for operational upkeep of the infrastructure platforms\

• Perform more varied and complex tasks compared to Level I

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor s degree and/or equivalency.
