Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is working with a client in search of a Project Manager to join their team. This position is full-time, direct hire and based near Lionville, PA.

Overview:
This position leads and manages basic projects. The Project Manager will work with PMO Leadership to create and optimize the ACR project methodology. This position is responsible for leading projects through the entire project lifecycle (including requirements gathering, planning, design/build/development, implementation, and hyper-care support). They will be responsible for resource management, quality of deliverables, delivering projects on-time, on-budget with the assistance of other PMO members. Projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and the Project Manager ensures all stakeholders are coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

This position must demonstrate the ability to provide matrix leadership across functional teams, lead basic projects to successful completion, evaluate data and understand basic technical topics. Success requires a combination of strong technical competency and the ability to lead and influence across functional groups. This client has an entrepreneurial culture, so it is imperative for this role to maintain a 'street smart' approach which balances rigor/process and flexibility - just enough process to ensure required controls.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* PMP certification or in pursuit of PMP
* Agile-certified with experience in hybrid project environments
* 8 - 10 years of Project Management
* 5 - 8 years of information technology management
* 2 - 5 years of experience working in Manufacturing or Distribution environments
* Managing ERP projects
* Managing data migration projects
* Skills required around collaboration, delivery, and facilitation
* Business Relationship Management skills - ability to analyze audience and adjust style to effectively work with different leadership styles
* Strong verbal and written presentation skills
* Strategic and critical thinking skills
* Customer focused with a high degree of urgency, dedication and drive to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
* Strong communication skills: Adept at oral communication, listening, interpersonal, and written communication skills
* Inclination to share knowledge: Continually educate and update the ACR business functions and IT departments
* Busy Savviness: Ability to speak in business terms translating technical concepts into business terminology
* Service Mindset: Excellent customer service skills, real-time communication, simplify complexity in communication

How You Will Make an Impact:
* Responsible for overall project management and developing relationships that position the ACR PMO as a strategic advisor
* Responsible for obtaining and managing project resources and ensuring quality of work meets project standards and objectives
* Development of PMO specific artifacts i.e. project charter, project summary, project plans, implementation plans, communication plans, testing plans and partner with specific project resources to execute
* Manage project P&L by making sure work is delivered on time and on budget
* Proficient in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
* Ability to travel up to 40% across ACR facilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
