Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join a dynamic team in Boston, Massachusetts. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a large, globally distributed organization, focusing on Workday Performance Management and related business processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic solutions, ensuring updates and configurations meet organizational objectives while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate product team meetings, including sprint planning and updates, to ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals.
Implement updates and changes in Workday, ensuring they are effectively transitioned into production.
Collaborate with the Workday Performance Team, including product owners and functional experts, to support performance management processes.
Load employee performance goals and updates using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) while ensuring data integrity.
Document requirements, updates, and test scenarios to translate technical details into actionable business solutions.
Coordinate access updates for performance management coordinators and optimize reporting functionalities.
Develop proof of concepts and assessment forms to address evolving business needs.
Manage data loads and reporting changes using tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Slack.
Support Workday in a global environment, providing strategic and technical solutions to enhance system performance.
Work collaboratively within a large organization, leveraging tools like Trello for task management and team communication.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Workday in a global environment, with a focus on Workday Performance Management.
Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, with expertise in configuration management and business process functions.
Proficiency in client-side scripting, cloud technologies, and API development.
Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements and test scenarios.
Skilled in translating technical requirements into business solutions to meet organizational objectives.
Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Slack, and Trello for effective project management.
Detail-oriented and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
