Job Details

Under the direction of the Director of Enterprise Solutions, is responsible for the daily operations of information services activities such as IT Help Desk/End User Services Operations. Manages support staff whose main duty is to troubleshoot technical PC and or network issues for end users. Responsible for hiring, assigning and monitoring workload, determining priorities and ensuring that division objectives are met. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor s Degree is required.
  • Certification in ITIL V2 Foundations or ITIL V3 Foundations is required.
  • Seven (7) years of full-time IT Infrastructure work experience including five (5) years in an IT leadership role supervising skilled IT professionals is required.
  • Must be available to be on-call 24/7 days a week including weekends and holidays is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of full-time financial management work experience in the areas of budgeting, forecasting and/or cost control.
  • One year of full time work experience managing outsourcing partners.
