Overview:
Join a leading healthcare organization as an Oracle Financials Subject Matter Expert. In this critical techno-functional role, you will be instrumental in supporting urgent corporate initiatives, including a large-scale claims platform consolidation and other strategic projects. We are seeking seasoned professionals who can leverage their deep Oracle Financials expertise to perform configurations, build integrations, and help drive these high-priority projects to successful completion in a complex, fast-paced environment. • Perform functional setups and configurations within Oracle Financials modules, particularly General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Design, build, and modify technical integrations between Oracle EBS and various upstream and downstream systems, including core claims platforms like Facets.
• Act as a subject matter expert on projects related to claims consolidation and new financial product offerings.
• Utilize Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) to create and maintain accounting and mapping rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including enterprise architects, developers, and business analysts, to deliver project requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of techno-functional experience with Oracle Financials.
• Direct professional experience working at CareFirst or another Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plan is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS version R12.2.11 or higher is a firm requirement.
• Proven functional expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Strong, demonstrable experience with Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) is a must-have.
• Technical proficiency with PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Workflow, and XML/BI Publisher.
• Experience building and supporting complex interfaces and data conversions.
• Understanding of healthcare claims platforms such as Facets or NASCO.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS (Fusion Financials), especially EPM products (PCMCS, EDMCS, ARCS).
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba.
• Exposure to SFTP integrations or REST APIs.
