Position: Helpdesk/Desktop Techs (0365 Support) x12
Duration: 6+ Month Contract

ABSOLUTE MUST HAVES:
  • Authorized to work in the US | Reliable Transportation
  • Immunizations (Titers Test, Hep B, TB Screen, Influenza immunization) - we offer service to get these completed
  • Ability to pass background check AND Drug Screen
  • Must have 1+ years O365/M365/OneNote troubleshooting experience

Openings:
  • Tier 1 Helpdesk/Desktop - 12 OPENINGS - $25/hr. (set rate)

Start Date: 4/1 or 4/8 (tentative)
Shift: TBD - Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM, possible evening and weekend work (must be flexible)
Locations Supported: Fairfax/ICPH, Loudoun, Mt Vernon, Alexandria, Fair Oaks (ideally open to all locations)
Position: Tier 1 Heldpesk/Desktop Support (0365)
Location: Several Northern VA locations
Shift: 8am-4:30pm (must be flexible to work some off hours and OT)
Project Responsibility: Currently doing a migration project and you will be supporting any end users with any issues
  • Assisting with O365/M365/OneDrive troubleshooting
  • Provide phone and deskside support to doctors and nurses
  • Being customer service focused
  • Must have effective communication and strong attention to detail
