- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- 5+ years of Workday Finance and Supply Chain experience in healthcare
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics to various audiences
- Proven experience in enterprise Finance and Supply Chain implementation and management
- Demonstrated ability to align technology opportunities with business priorities
- Excellence in project planning, risk monitoring, and team leadership
- Strong track record of maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity
