6 | Required | Provide complex quality assurance consultation to, or oversight of, projects, assignments, or special initiatives |
6 | Required | Using Agile and Scrum methodologies lead an assigned application change SDLC from start to finish. |
5 | Required | Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and help prepare proposals to develop new systems |
5 | Required | Develop training curricula and conduct formal training sessions covering assigned system modules |
5 | Required | Develop the design and/or review of test cases; processes change requests |
3 | Required | Written and Verbal communication with executive leadership |
2 | Preferred | Prior State or Federal government work experience |
