Job Details

Title: Boomi Lead Engineer

Location: Goleta, CA (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities (What you'll do):

Lead and support the existing integration landscape, focusing heavily on the Dell Boomi platform.
Architect and translate business needs into modern integration patterns (pub/sub, event-driven, API-first design).
Establish coding standards, peer reviews, and automated testing (unit, integration, contract tests).
Drive continuous improvement through CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years working with production-grade Integration platforms.
4+ years hands-on expertise with Dell Boomi Integration (Processes, Connectors, API Management, B2B/EDI).
Proven delivery of complex, multi-system integrations in the retail domain.
Strong skills in JSON/XML/XSD/XPath/XSLT, SQL, and scripting (Groovy/JS) within Boomi.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with other integration technologies like Rust on AWS or Oracle SOA.
Specific expertise with advanced Boomi modules like MDM or Flow.
