- Join our client's dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiting Researcher. This remote, contract position offers the opportunity to work across various functions, primarily focusing on Ads. You ll be at the forefront of the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and partnering closely with the TA team.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand specific needs and attract top talent.
- Develop and build out talent pipelines in partnership with recruiters.
- Implement inclusive and diverse sourcing strategies to broaden representation.
- Engage and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and other search techniques.
- Provide inbound sourcing support for roles with high applicant volumes.
- Consistently assess or screen candidates through a structured review process.
- Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 year of high-volume sourcing experience.
- Proven success in developing strong talent pipelines, preferably within Ads.
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented, with a drive for impact.
- Curiosity to dig deeper into job profiles, research market trends, and understand the business.
- Ability to multitask, meet multiple deadlines, and maintain data integrity.
- Proficiency in leveraging data (qualitative and quantitative) to inform decisions.
- Experience with Eightfold is a plus.
