Job Details

Job Title: Change Manager / Coordinator
Location: Montreal, Canada Onsite (3 days per week to start)
Duration: Long Term

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Change Manager/Coordinator to oversee IT and organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption, minimal disruption, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize IT change requests; assess impact, approve/reject changes.

  • Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and maintain change documentation.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align changes with strategic objectives.

  • Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and analyze employee experience for smooth transitions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as Change Manager/Coordinator in IT/enterprise environments.

  • Strong skills in change governance, impact assessment, and process documentation.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
