Job Title: Change Manager / Coordinator

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Change Manager/Coordinator to oversee IT and organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption, minimal disruption, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize IT change requests; assess impact, approve/reject changes.

Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and maintain change documentation.

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align changes with strategic objectives.

Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and analyze employee experience for smooth transitions.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as Change Manager/Coordinator in IT/enterprise environments.

Strong skills in change governance, impact assessment, and process documentation.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
