Job Title: Senior Epic Willow Analyst
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time Hours, Contract-to-hire
Overview:
Our client on the East Coast is seeking two Epic Willow Analysts to support a range of pharmacy-focused projects. These roles are ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Willow Inpatient build and integration, and who thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute complex build and configuration tasks within Epic Willow Inpatient.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pharmacy-related initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Work on integration efforts between Epic Willow and other clinical or pharmacy systems.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of new features and workflows.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Willow-related issues.
  • Participate in team meetings and project planning sessions to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Certifications:
  • Epic Certification in Willow Inpatient (must be current)
  • Extensive experience with Epic build, implementation, and integration
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and system dependencies
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills:
  • Willow Ambulatory and Epic Inventory experience or certification
  • PharmD or experience working closely with pharmacy teams
  • Familiarity with other Epic modules such as Beacon or Ambulatory

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
