Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute complex build and configuration tasks within Epic Willow Inpatient.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pharmacy-related initiatives and system enhancements.
- Work on integration efforts between Epic Willow and other clinical or pharmacy systems.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of new features and workflows.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Willow-related issues.
- Participate in team meetings and project planning sessions to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Epic Certification in Willow Inpatient (must be current)
- Extensive experience with Epic build, implementation, and integration
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and system dependencies
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills:
- Willow Ambulatory and Epic Inventory experience or certification
- PharmD or experience working closely with pharmacy teams
- Familiarity with other Epic modules such as Beacon or Ambulatory
