Role/Responsibilities
based on client requirement or Secret Clearance or W2 HCL Payroll
- Azure Cloud Management Development (Hands-on Ownership)
- Develop and maintenance of Azure Functions using C# (.NET Core).
- Implement and manage App Insights, Azure Monitor, and Logic Apps for observability and automation.
- Write and optimize Kusto queries for operational analytics.
- Manage data operations in Cosmos DB and Azure Storage (Blob, Tables).
- Administer and monitor Service Bus and Event Hub, including dead-letter queue processing.
- Use Postman for API testing, integration checks, and diagnostics.
- Govern secure access using Azure Key Vault (readwrite secrets).
- Production SupportIncident Management
- Lead production support efforts including monitoring, alerting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Drive the stability and reliability of cloud-based applications by owning the end-to-end support process.
- Maintain high availability and uptime SLAs through proactive maintenance and issue prevention.
- StakeholderTeam Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer represent the team, communicate effectively, and manage expectations.
- Collaborate closely with offshore teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, task coordination, and follow-ups.
- Create and maintain strong documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- OwnershipOn-Call Leadership
- Own and drive resolution of P1 incidents, including hands-on support and coordination across stakeholders.
- Be available for on-call rotation for critical issues, demonstrating calm leadership and decision-making under pressure.
- Propose and lead long-term fixes, architectural improvements, and process enhancements post-inciden
Must-Have Skills Experience
- 10 12 years of total experience with 5+ years in Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Strong hands-on skills in: - Azure Functions (C#.NET Core)
- App Insights, Azure Monitor, Logic Apps
- Kusto Query Language (KQL)
- Cosmos DB, Azure Blob and Table Storage
- Service BusEvent Hub (dead-letter handling)
- Postman (API testing and diagnostics)
- Key Vault (secret access)
- Proven experience in production support (monitoring, alerts, RCA, incident management).
- Strong communication and leadership skills must be comfortable being customer-facing and team-facing.
- Experience managing or coordinating with offshoreonshore teams.
- Nice to Have
- Familiarity with IoT Central, Power BI, and Datadog.
- Experience in DevOps practices or working closely with SRE teams.
- Exposure to regulated or high-availability environments.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $ 110000per year
Pay Range Maximum: $145000 per year

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
