As a Software Engineer In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.

Job Title: Software Engineer

About the Role:
As a Software Engineer In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, development, and execution of test plans for ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Analyze and troubleshoot moderately complex software engineering issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and client engineering teams to meet project deliverables and quality standards.
- Apply knowledge of software engineering policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure testing accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to integration and functional testing efforts across systems and platforms.
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, quality assurance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., consulting, military service, or education).
- 4+ years of experience in ETL and manual testing.
- Strong SQL skills, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with integration and functional testing in complex environments. Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in ETL testing.
- 3+ years of experience in functional and manual testing.
- 2-4 years of experience with the Hadoop ecosystem.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Python scripting and Unix Shell.
- Familiarity with data validation, transformation logic, and large-scale data systems.
