Position: Oracle SaaS Cloud Administrator
Location: Hybrid - San Antonio, Texas (3-4 days/week onsite)
Duration: 24+ Months
Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Oracle SaaS Cloud Administrator to support our Oracle enterprise application landscape, including Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS), Oracle Field Service (OFS), and Oracle Primavera Cloud. This role will be responsible for SaaS administration, release and environment management, and supporting functional, integration, and reporting teams across business units.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS applications and PaaS extensions, understands cloud operations best practices, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a small team. Utilities experience is REQUIRED. Prior experience in working with GitHub, Oracle SRs, and migration tools is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, EPM, CCS, CX, WACS, OFS, Primavera Cloud).
- Manage environments, patches, and quarterly releases across Oracle Cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with business, integration, and reporting teams to ensure application stability and enhancements.
- Support release management activities including code deployment using GitHub, migration tools, and environment refresh coordination.
- Work directly with Oracle Support (SRs) for issue resolution, performance tuning, and enhancement tracking.
- Monitor application health, usage, and integration endpoints.
- Provide guidance and minor oversight to junior admins or analysts on the team.
- Document configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.
- Participate in audits, access reviews, and compliance initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 6 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud/SaaS Administrator or equivalent.
- Proven experience administering Oracle ERP Cloud and at least two of the following: CCS, WACS, OFS, Primavera Cloud.
- Utilities experience is REQUIRED.
- Strong understanding of SaaS environment lifecycles, patching, and quarterly updates.
- Experience with GitHub or other source control tools for release/version management.
- Familiarity with Oracle Support tools and working SRs through resolution.
- Expert understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and security administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in multi-team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Certification & Experience:
- ITIL or Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Exposure to PaaS-based customizations or Oracle VBCS/ADF.
