Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and network systems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and troubleshoot configuration issues.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security across desktop systems.
- Assist with planning and executing hardware installations and optimizations.
- Monitor equipment and manage vendor relationships for support and maintenance.
- Follow established procedures and receive detailed instructions for all tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Less than 1 year of related experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
- Coursework or certifications in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
- Demonstrated interest in learning and applying new technical skills.
