Video Teleconferencing Lead
Location: 3 days a week onsite in either DFW, Waco, or Austin, TX

Job Description
This client requires the services of [1] Video Teleconferencing Lead hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of Telecommunications Technician 1 and the specifications outlined in this document. The worker will have experience in a Team Lead, Manager, or Leadership position. Performs planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and disciplinary actions. Serves as an escalation point and assists in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware failures as needed. Provides technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians

The workers responsibilities and skills must include Years Skills/Experience:
  • 1-3 years of Experience providing "white-glove" executive level support
  • 1-3 years of Experience leading a support team
  • 1-3 years of Experience in KPI management
  • 1-3 years of Experience troubleshooting VTC hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment

Preferred Years Skills/Experience:
  • 3 years of Experience creating technical knowledge articles
  • 2 years of Experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment
  • 2 years of experience Working in a multi-vendor environment for support operations
