Scrum Master - Onsite | San Antonio, TX

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to join our team onsite in San Antonio, TX. This role will support agile delivery for cross-functional teams working on strategic initiatives, including collaboration with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
• Project Coordination: Support planning activities in partnership with the Product Manager and Product Owner.
• Change Management: Assist with change initiatives, including UAT coordination and implementation of change tactics.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships across internal departments and external vendors.
• Team Enablement: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
• Agile Coaching: Ensure the team understands and adheres to agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts across teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with change management and UAT processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced setting.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
