Location: Tampa, FL (On-site)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development and maintenance of customer-facing web application platforms. This individual will collaborate closely with internal teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance web solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

You will play a hands-on role in building, testing, deploying, and optimizing modern web applications while driving innovation through continuous integration and development best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications, APIs, and backend services.

  • Identify and leverage open-source, commercial, academic, and governmental technologies to meet stakeholder needs.

  • Implement modern software development processes supporting rapid, iterative, and collaborative system evolution.

  • Ensure website accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.

  • Collaborate across design, marketing, and technical teams to plan and deliver new features.

  • Manage version control, testing, and deployment through modern DevOps practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.

  • Provide accurate time and effort estimates for new development initiatives.

  • Communicate clearly with team members, leadership, and partners regarding progress and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional front-end or full-stack development experience.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency with React.js, Next.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).

  • Strong experience developing and integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

  • Expertise in responsive web design and mobile optimization.

  • Experience using Git, GitLab, or similar version control tools.

  • Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, Amplify).

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows.

  • Experience working with or deploying CMS platforms.

  • Knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards for modern web applications.

  • Database knowledge a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and focus on user experience.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude.
